Chad Edwards, CFP® — Family Wealth Advisor

I’ve always enjoyed helping people, and after spending 16 years in banking, I realized what I really loved was building long‑term relationships and guiding people through major financial decisions. Becoming a Financial Advisor felt like the most natural next step — and it’s been incredibly rewarding ever since. There’s nothing better than seeing clients hit (or even exceed) the goals they once thought were out of reach.

I’m a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and hold Life, Health, and Accident Insurance licenses, which allows me to support clients with a truly well‑rounded approach. I primarily work with business professionals, executives, retirees, and business owners — people who are busy, goal‑driven, and ready to make their money work smarter for them.

My planning philosophy is simple: before you can invest well, you need a plan. You can’t chart a path until you know where you’re trying to go. I help clients create that roadmap and avoid common mistakes, like overspending, by focusing on solid habits — especially the idea of paying yourself first.

Core values guide everything I do: operating with integrity, creating a collaborative and family‑oriented experience, and delivering service with an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me fishing, spending time with my family, or involved in my Masonic community. I currently serve as Treasurer of Lodge 45 and as an alternate director for the Masonic Fund Society. And for a fun story — I once ended up landing in a stranger’s backyard during a hot air balloon ride. Luckily, the homeowner thought it was the best surprise of their day.

I reside in Hampton Township with my wife and son.

Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and federally registered CFP (with flame design) in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
